Depression-Busting Advice from the Mouths of Therapists

I'm a therapist and I see lots of people with depression. Ditto for most other therapists. While I have thoughts and advice about what best helps people overcome their depression, other therapists have thoughts and advice too. And all the advice is good. See, just like with medications, what works for one person, doesn't necessarily work for another. Or to present this positively, what doesn't work for one person, works great for another. So I figured what better than to make this page one where therapists can share their best depression-busting advice. Here it goes.
